Is Beef Jerky Gluten-Free?

How Do I Go Gluten-Free?

To be gluten-free, you need to avoid grains that contain gluten. That includes ingredients that use these grains for thickening and binding agents, seasoning and coloring, or foods that are cross-contaminated by gluten. 

“Gluten-free” labels must have less than 20 parts per million of gluten. If you’re avoiding gluten, you’ll want to check the manufacturer labels to make sure you’re not accidentally ingesting any gluten into your system.

Does Beef Jerky Contain Gluten?
